Kate has over 20 years of Legal Recruitment experience. Kate has successfully placed candidates within both the corporate and law firm sectors. This has included general practice and IP firms, and corporations of all sizes including venture capital, startups and Fortune 50 corporations. Kate understands IP and its challenges. She has over 30 years of law firm management experience.  She has worked in both general practice firms and IP boutiques. As a former IP Director for a mid-size national law firm, she was responsible for strategic growth and actively recruited, hired and integrated attorneys into the firm.
